Shipping and Return Policy
We use multiple carriers for our shipping to customers worldway.
All orders are generally shipped 1-3 business days after ordering. The shipping period for the pre-orders is communicated during the order workflow.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. In case if we ship your order from other location we will inform you before the shipment is processed.
We are offering free shipping worldwide for all orders purchased from focusedfox.com. The type of free shipping depends from the order’s total. You will be informed during the checkout for which free shipping option your order is eligible. Additionally, you can always purchase express shipping for your orders. The price for the express shipping depends mainly from the delivery address. The costs for all shipping options that are not stated as free are covered by the buyer
We support two delivery options at the moment:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
It depends from the delivery option that you will choose:
- Standard Shipping: 8 - 16 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 - 5 business days
Change submitted orders
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com. You can change your order if it is not already shipped. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email that will contain the tracking number accompanied by a link where you can follow your order.
We use a Door to Door delivery for all of our shipments. But in case you are not at home during the delivery time you may need to keep the item from the local postal office.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Any import duty or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the buyer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the buyer.
In case your order is not arrived for a 30 days of the day of shipment we will send you a new item as soon as possible.
In case you don’t like the item you can send it back in the next 15 days and we will refund you the full amount of the order. Please note that return shipping costs need to be covered by the buyer and the shipping costs are not refundable.
